Yo bro, Yesterday I spoke with a guy who's a fighter and watches a lot of UFC, and he told me something very interesting about how most world champions fall off… And it's actually the same reason why most guys get stuck at an average level in calisthenics. You see, he said that most of the time, the champions get comfortable and just keep doing the same thing over and over… Sure, it makes sense, because what they were doing before made them a world champion… But since they never mix it up, somebody finds out how to beat them and to take advantage where they are lacking, and where they have weaknesses… Do you see how this is the same in calisthenics? In calisthenics, you can reach the highest level that you have ever been at, and then you feel on top of the world… But then you hit plateaus which show you where you are lacking, and that's the opponent you're always fighting… It's an opponent that makes a lot of guys demotivated and fall off...
