You know bro, there's two types of people…
There's the people who only think about the result, and then there's the people who think about the work.
For example, in calisthenics you have guys who think about how cool it would be to have a good physique…
…but never go from dreaming to doing…
And then you have guys who think about the next PR they want to smash, and what they have to do to achieve it…
And the second guy always becomes a beast because he is just focused on WHAT he needs to do…
So he keeps getting bigger, stronger and more confident…
But most people don't think like this…
Most people only want to imagine the result and tell themselves
"Tomorrow I'll train"... "Next year I'm gonna get in shape"...
Etc
But they never ask themselves:
HOW will I do it? WHAT do I need to know?
So even if they go gym, they usually go without a plan, do some random exercises and feel stupid…
And then they go home and never use their gym membership again.
And you should pay very, very close attention to this difference in people, because it's the main difference between average people and beasts.
It's the difference between the guys who are stuck at the same level for years… and guys who keep leveling up day after day, month after month…
Until they're so far ahead that they feel like a superhero when they meet the people they went to school with.
I realized this when I had just done my first muscle up a few years ago…
I hit a plateau after that, and I was wondering how I could continue to move forward…
Which is when I realized that I was only able to reach my current level because of what I KNEW…
But I DIDN'T KNOW how to reach the next level…
And I realized that most people don't want to do the boring part of figuring out how to make progress…
They don't want to go out and find the TRUTH…
And that is why most people remain stuck in the same place forever.
Not just in calisthenics, but in life.
This is very, very important.
Do you understand how important this is bro? Reply to this email and let me know.
