Hey bro! Here's a simple mental trick you can use to motivate yourself to get in beast shape…  Now I know that a lot of guys say that getting to a good level is all about discipline and consistency, and that motivation doesn't matter…  But after getting to a very high level in calisthenics, learning every single skill and getting strong enough to do 145KG dips, I've found motivation to be very important.  The reason is that when you feel motivated and high energy, it's easier for you to SMASH every session and push the limit.   So here is the trick…  Before I go to gym, I like to turn on the music that makes me feel the most excited, and then I sit still for a while… until I feel like getting up and moving.  Use this tip and see how much easier it becomes for you to train consistently And soon bro, you'll start seeing good progress and you'll smile at yourself in the mirror because you see a good chest, good arms and shoulders…  And you will get strong enough to learn skills like handstand pushups & planche.
