How I learned planche in 3 months (you can do it too)

Yo bro, a lot of people want to learn crazy skills like planche, handstand pushups and other crazy skills that will make them look superhuman…  And of course, it's very impressive when you can pull your body over the bar as if you weigh nothing…  Which is why every time I do them in the gym, people in the gym pull out their phones to film.  But the problem is, most guys waste 3-5 years learning those skills, when you can easily learn them in 3 months…  And if you have been watching calisthenics videos, you probably think that sounds crazy because everyone says it takes multiple years to learn just ONE skill…  While I can do the most advanced skills, and at the same time I've built a big and strong body that makes people ask me if I'm a bodybuilder…  And you can do it too if you know the right way to train skills…  Which is not to do 10-step progressions…  But it's actually to STOP doing skills…  That's right, the fastest way to learn skills is to STOP training skills and to focus on getting very strong…  Because if you want to float your body in the air as if you weigh nothing… you obviously need to be very strong…  And what most people don't know is that training skills is the most ineffective way to build strength…  Because it's basically the same as doing pushups in your home: you can't add more weight, so you can't progress the overload.  So if you really want to become a calisthenics beast… then go gym bro, and focus on getting STRONG.  Ian 🗿  P.S.
