Yo bro,
You might know that the only way to consistently and quickly progress in strength - is to push the limit…
Because when you push the limit of your body, you force it to grow a NEW limit, which means you get stronger.
But the thing is, most guys actually never push to their true limit, even if they think to do… So while my athletes are consistently progressing the overload…
Building BEAST physiques…
And doing skills with smiles on their faces because it's just too easy…
Most guys never learn how to train the right way, so they stay stuck and average.
They don't have a method to properly progress the overload…
And they also don't have the MOTIVATION to progress the overload.
You see, motivation is very important…
It's not just about "showing up" and being consistent - because you can choose to show up and train like an average guy, or like a beast…
And one of the things that make the biggest difference is how much energy you have.
Think about it…
Were you able to truly SMASH your limit the last time you were very tired, and went gym?
Well, here's the thing bro… you should NEVER feel tired before you train.
99% of the time I feel 10/10 before I train, and I'm going to give you my secret so you can feel the same way.
When you use this secret, you will always be able to train like a beast and push your limit…
Your TRUE limit.
Here's what you do:
10 minutes before you train, don't talk to anyone. Don't look at your phone. Don't look at anything. Think about the workout you're gonna do and how you're gonna be able to smash it. Think about what you want to achieve — if you want to do 40KG dips, imagine this. If you want to do handstand push ups, see yourself doing this.
Think about the things that make you ANGRY and that give you motivation… and then use all of this energy for your workout.
Try this out today or tomorrow - and I guarantee you, if you have slept good and eat good, you will smash your PR bro.

P.S. Also, I tell you to think about things that make you angry, and most people think being angry is a bad thing. But It's only a bad thing if you use it for something negative.
If you use it to train harder and improve, it's good.
In fact, everything you think, and all of your emotions, can be positive, and they can be used as energy for you to MAKE PROGRESS.
Every thought you have in your mind should help you win.
That is the athlete mentality.
