Sometimes people message me saying that they want to become like me… and I always tell them to go for it…
Because no matter what you think right now, you can get BIG and learn advanced calisthenics skills that make you look like a superhuman…
Once you start to train properly, you will start progressing very quickly…
And then soon you will be walking through the gym with 40KGs worth of plates for warm up, and have people looking at you confused because you don't train like the average bodybuilder…
And even when you've added an extra 10-15 KGs of muscle…
…you will be able to do handstand pushups and muscle ups and move through the air as if you weigh nothing, while people look at you like you're breaking the laws of gravity…
You will become a BEAST and your friends will be bragging about knowing you, and telling people about the crazy skills you can do… If you have a little brother or sister, they will tell everyone in school you can beat them up 😂
And all of this will make you walk with crazy confidence because you will realize you can do anything…
But the thing is, if I told the average guy that he can achieve these things, he would not believe me…
And even if he started training, he wouldn't believe it because he's been taught bad training methods by bodybuilders on steroids, who can't teach naturals how to train…
So if you feel like it will be hard to achieve your goals right now, I get it…
Because if 7 years ago, I had told an average calisthenics athlete that I wanted to get to a level where I can do planche at 95KG with weights on my ankles, while being 188CMs and having long, big legs too…
You know what he would say?
He would have laughed…
Because being tall and having long, big legs is the worst build you can have for doing calisthenics skills because it makes it way harder to learn them…
And you know what else, I have those "skinny boy genetics" (people also call it "hardgainer"), so it's actually harder than usual for me to put on muscle…
But even with all these things working against me, I'm now doing 100KG dips, I'm close to the size of professional bodybuilders, and I can do every advanced calisthenics skill that exists…
Which is why I can confidently say that anyone who uses the same method that I used will get the physique they want…
And it's why I started posting on Instagram years ago to inspire people and show everyone that it's possible – that you CAN become a BEAST and do it faster than everyone else…
Yoni is another example of that, who started using my training method with a goal to get stronger and to master handstand pushups…
And even though he's very tall which makes learning skills harder… he SMASHED his goal…
