Yo bro
Most guys seem to think that if they get a six pack, they will automatically attract women like a magnet…
But the truth is that of course abs are nice to look at…
But people don't really care that much whether or not you have a six pack, especially since you're always wearing a shirt anyways (unless you're at the beach or something).
Now personally, I realized this when I was in high school… and there was this guy who was sending all the girls in his class images of himself and his six pack abs on Snapchat 😂…
And he still didn't get a girlfriend.
Because what most guys don't realize is, the guys who just have abs might look good with their shirt off, but besides that, most of them look like average guys and blend in with the crowd…
…while my friends who just focus on becoming STRONG can do impressive things that nobody else does…
Like the other day, one of my friends was carrying 60KGs worth of plates for warm-up, and it was funny seeing how the women in the gym were staring at him bro…
But the funny thing is, he doesn't focus on impressing others… and yet when he goes to a party, he's still the guy that everyone wants to talk to…
While the guys who do 1000 crunches a day and intermittent fasting to get six packs are a lot smaller and not as noticeable as him.
And that's also what I told an athlete, Arthur as well, when I gave him a consultation a while back…
You see, he had been stuck at the same level for a while, and wanted to keep progressing…
And I found out that the reason he wasn't progressing was that he was in a calorie deficit - because he wanted to keep his six pack abs…
And of course, I get that having a nice physique gives you confidence…
But the only way that Arthur could get STRONG and become a real BEAST like my best friend, who can easily do weighted muscle ups, and handstand push ups that make him look superhuman…
Was to EAT more so that he could get the most out of his sets…
And that's the mentality that will allow him to become a confident beast who smashes all of his sets, stands out from the crowd and walks with unshakable confidence…
And if you want to get to the same level, then stop counting calories and start counting PLATES.
