And see other people's reactions when you break the laws of gravity right in front of them…
…And as you sit there reading this, you might think it will take you 3-5 years to learn advanced skills like this…
Because that's what everyone tells you…
But if you look at the guys saying that - chances are they are short and have small legs…
Why?
Well, this makes it way easier to learn calisthenics skills…
And that's why these guys are shocked when I tell people that anyone can learn advanced skills in 3-4 months easily…
Because I did it - I learned full planche in 3 months, and plenty of Barseagle athletes have learned multiple skills in a matter of months.
So while most guys struggle for 3 years to learn one skill like handstand pushups…
…only to still have small legs and an unimpressive body…
…People look at us like we're aliens when we float our bodies in the air as if we weigh nothing…
…While having a physique that makes people ask us if we're doing bodybuilding…
And we're not short either: I'm known for being tall (188CMs) and have long legs, and many Barseagle athletes are even taller than me…
Like Yoni who's 190CM and learned handstand pushups in a few months…
So what is it that allows us to learn skills so easily and quickly, while other calisthenics guys struggle?
…The main difference is STRENGTH.
Listen, if you want to move your body through the air as if you weigh nothing, you need to be very strong…
Makes sense right?
But 99% of guys use very, very ineffective methods for building strength…
Like 10-step progressions which are basically just bodyweight exercises…
Or a lot of "volume" training which gives you a nice pump but is farrrr from the best way to make your muscles grow …
Because if volume was the answer, then you could just do a lot of pushups to get huge.
The reality is, the only way to actually get STRONG is to progress the overload and lift more weight…
Every session…
More weight = you get stronger.
And when you can do pull-ups for 10 reps with 20KG and dips for 10 reps with 40KG, that's when learning skills becomes easy…
So don't sit there and decide to use your motivation just to train harder…
Figure out how to progress the overload every single session - and when you know that…
You will progress so easily that you feel like you're taking steroids…
And before you know it, you'll be doing crazy calisthenics skills that make you look superhuman.
